Shipping And Return
Our items are shipped from warehouse based in China. If you have purchased more than one item in one transaction, your items may be sent separately
We offer free shipping with tracking on all our purchase
It takes 2 - 6 business days to process your order after receiving payment.
Items from our warehouse in China to main Cities in the United States can take up to 5-25 business days.
If you live in a rural area it may take longer if you live outside of the United States it could take approximately 10-45 business days to receive your item
If your item arrives damaged or not working please contact us immediately and return it within 3 days. We will refund or replace the item depending on the circumstances
We do not accept returns for change of mind, only if items are faulty
For us to accept a return, your item must be in as close to the same condition as it came, with all the accessories, instructions and packaging
Returning your product:
If you need to return an item we will email you the address to send it. Shipping costs will be paid by you
Return shipping costs will be refunded to you if we are found to be at fault for defective or damaged items. If, after the returned item has been inspected, we find the item is in working order, your shipping costs will be non-refundable
We recommend insuring items and using a trackable shipping service if the item is over $50 in case of loss in the mail as we can't guarantee delivery of item
You will receive an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. It will then be inspected and a decision made
If a refund is deemed appropriate, you will receive a credit to your original method of payment
